Read the rules

Before you hand a task to AI, ask which bot it is.

Three bots, three simple rules. Easy to remember on the sideline.

The five questions to ask

Go bot · hand it to AI

Planning drills, explaining rules, brainstorming, emails without names.

Careful bot · use AI, then check

Summarising stats or match notes: remove names, check every fact, treat it as advice.

Stop bot · don't give this to AI

Children's videos, photos or medical details in free AI apps; AI picking or dropping players.

Two free tools, and we show you how
